Returns

If there’s an issue with a product you purchased from us, please bring it back. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase if it is unopened, unused, in original packaging, or to Ride Tyler staff's discretion. Items showing signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee.

All e-bike sales are final—no returns or exchanges.

Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Ride Tyler, we take pride in the service and care we provide. If you are not fully satisfied with the mechanical work performed on your bike, please call us—we would be happy to make it right! Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we will work with you to ensure your bike is reliable and enjoyable to ride.

Disposables Fee

To maintain the quality of our service and ensure your bike is properly cared for, a small disposables fee of $3.00 will be added to applicable repairs. This fee helps cover shop supplies such as lubricants, tools, cleaning materials, rags, and other necessary consumables. This fee is standard practice in the bike industry and ensures we can keep your bike running smoothly without cutting corners on quality materials.

Bring-Your-Own-Parts Policy (BYOP Policy)

For your safety and the reliability of your bike, we strongly recommend purchasing parts directly through our shop. If you choose to bring your own parts, please note that a $15 fee will be added to your service order. We reserve the right to decline installation of parts that are unsafe, incompatible, or of insufficient quality. While we are happy to install customer-supplied parts when possible, we cannot guarantee their performance or longevity, and we cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise from their use. Any warranty or guarantee on the repair will cover labor only, not the supplied parts.

Layaway & Restocking Policy

We are happy to offer a layaway option to help make your purchase more manageable. A 20% down payment is required to reserve an item, and the balance must be paid in full within 6 months. If you choose not to complete your layaway, a 20% restocking fee will apply. This ensures we can fairly manage inventory while still providing flexibility for our customers. Please let us know if this is an option you are interested in---we'd be happy to help you as we are able!

E-Bike Deliveries

We’re happy to offer e-bike delivery for your convenience. All bikes must be paid in full before delivery, and deliveries must be scheduled in advance and are subject to staff availability. Delivery fees are per trip (not per bike), and for deliveries requiring on-site setup or assembly, additional charges may apply. Our standard delivery rates are:

  • 0–5 miles: $20
  • 6–15 miles: $30
  • 16–30 miles: $60
  • 31–45 miles: $80
  • 46–60 miles: $100
  • 61+ miles: Call us for pricing and availability. 

Shipping Options

Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. We make every effort to ship orders quickly, but some orders may take additional time for packaging, or order review. We will contact you when your order has shipped.

Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping.

Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.
